Infringements and fines
Following an administrative error, a number of parking infringements have been withdrawn by us. All affected customers have been contacted in writing directly. If you have any queries regarding this process, please contact 9058 6675.
If you have received an infringement notice from Mornington Peninsula Shire, there are a number of options available to you. Please review the available options below.
All actions must be taken before the due date listed on your infringement. If you do not act before the due date, your infringement may incur additional statutory costs and may be referred to Fines Victoria which may also incur additional costs. - Phone using a credit or debit card over the phone by calling the Shire on 1300 850 600
- In person at any one of the Shire Offices
- By mail by posting a cheque or money order to Mornington Peninsula Shire at Private Bag 1000, Rosebud, Victoria 3939
View infringements photographs
The photographs of a parking infringement offence can be viewed online. You will need to have your seven-digit infringement number and your vehicle registration number. Please note, infringement photographs may take up to 24 hours after they are issued before they are available for viewing. If an infringement offence occurs on a weekend or public holiday, then photographs will only be visible at the end of the next business day.

Fines Victoria
Fines Victoria manage the enforcement of infringements across Victoria. If the Shire issues an infringement and you don't make payment in full or take an alternative infringement option by the due date, we may register the matter with Fines Victoria for further enforcement action which may incur additional costs.
What do I do if Fines Victoria contact me?
If you receive correspondence such as a Notice of Final Demand, you must contact Fines Victoria as soon as possible. If you don't make contact or pay the outstanding amount in full, an Enforcement Warrant may be issued.
