Nominate another driver

If you have received a parking infringement but you were not the driver of the vehicle at the time, you have the option to nominate another person. This process allows you to transfer the responsibility for the infringement to the person who was driving. To be eligible for this option, you must be able to provide accurate details of the driver at the time the offence occurred.
