If you're unable to pay your infringement by the due date, you may request an extension of time to pay the infringement. A request for an extension must be made before the due date and can only be granted for up to 28 days. All requests for a payment extension must be in writing.
Please note that submitting your payment extension request does not automatically grant the request. You will receive correspondence from the Shire confirming if your request has been granted.

If you wish to pay an infringement in instalments, the Shire must refer your infringement to Fines Victoria. Your request must be in writing and include your name, residential address, and the infringement number. See the Fines Victoria website for further information.
