Please note once your application has been reviewed you will be contacted with a confirmation letter.

Your confirmation letter will include:

  • Confirmation of Construction Date
  • The Australian safety standard that the barrier of your swimming pool/spa will need to comply with; AND
  • The date your Form 23 – Compliance Certificate is due to be submitted to the Shire.
