The Road Management Plan for Mornington Peninsula Shire roads and associated infrastructure assets is used to document current levels of service and management practices.
The Plan provides a transparent, network-wide approach to managing the Peninsula’s roads.
In accordance with Division 5 of the Road Management Act 2004, Mornington Peninsula Shire, as a Road Authority, has developed and published a Road Management Plan and Register of Public Roads.
The latest version of the Road Management Plan was adopted by Council on 14 October 2025.
