Sandara Court, Mount Eliza - Special Charge Scheme

Detailed designs have now been prepared for the proposed road construction of Sandara Court in Mount Eliza. The current proposal includes road pavement construction, a court bowl, and kerb and channel works. An arborist impact assessment has also been completed to inform the design.

A drop-in information session will be held shortly for affected residents and property owners, providing an opportunity to review the proposal and ask questions.

Following this session, a survey will be distributed to determine the level of support from the impacted property owners. This consultation will take into account updated cost estimates, design changes, and any changes in property ownership since the previous consultation.
