If your bin becomes damaged, please complete our online form or contact the Shire’s Customer Service Team between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, on 1300 850 600 to have it repaired or replaced.
Have a photo of your damaged bin ready to upload before you start completing the online form.
Please include a clear view of the bin serial number (located on the side of the bin under the lip) to assist with processing your request.
We aim to have your bin replaced or repaired within 5 working days.
Please note that your replacement bin may have a different colour lid. There is no difference to the collection schedule or what goes into the bin. This change will align the Shire’s bin lid colours with the Australian Standard.
