Plant life is extremely diverse, with varying physical features including leaves, roots and flowers. Having a strong foundational understanding of how our plants are classified into distinct groups is essential for further comprehension of the natural world.
Students will develop an understanding of how various plants are described by observing physical features, as well as considering how plants function within the changing environment.
