Each year Chasing Change in partnership with Mornington Peninsula Shire acknowledges World Suicide Prevention Day by hosting an annual Walk for Suicide Prevention where the community is invited to come together to commemorate this day and reflect together on the lives lost to suicide.
This year, we will gather on Sunday 13th September at Mornington Park from 9am - 12pm.
