• Who are the unpaid carers in our communities
• The impact of the caring role
• The importance of accessing support to maintain carers own mental health and wellbeing
• Key services and supports for carers including the Carer Gateway and Carers Victoria
• Benefits and entitlements - including Carer Card and Carer Allowance
• Supports available on the Mornington Peninsula
