The Multicultural Film Festival celebrates cultural diversity through a compelling program of short films exploring stories of identity, belonging and life in multicultural Australia, home to the world's oldest continuous cultures and people from more than 300 ancestries.
An initiative of the Victorian Multicultural Commission, Swinburne University and SBS, the festival showcases stories from filmmakers of all backgrounds, including emerging creatives, reflecting the richness of our diverse communities.
As a community partner, Mornington Peninsula Shire is delighted to bring the Victorian Multicultural Film Festival Tour to local audiences during Seniors Festival.
Come together with community and celebrate diversity, inclusion and connection through powerful and thought-provoking short films. The screening will commence with an opening address, followed by the official selection of 10 short films.
The Multicultural Film Festival will screen at Peninsula Cinemas in Rosebud.
