Climbing for a Cause Fundraiser

Join us for an afternoon of community, generosity, and fun as we raise funds for the 2026 Melbourne Firefighter Stair Climb.

This September, volunteer firefighters Lauren and Jen from Rosebud CFA will take on the challenge of climbing 28 floors of Melbourne's Crown Metropol in full firefighting gear, supporting three incredible charities: Lifeline, Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation, and the 000 Foundation.

To help us reach our fundraising goal, we're bringing the community together for a special event featuring:

Trivia with a Twist - including knowledge rounds, games & firefighter challenges

Raffles with fantastic prizes

Silent auction items from generous supporters

Lucky door prizes

A relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for friends, family and community members

What makes this event special is that every dollar raised helps support vital mental health services, cancer research and care, and the wellbeing of first responders and their families.

Whether you're attending to support the cause, enjoy the atmosphere, try your luck in the raffles, or bid on some amazing auction items, your contribution will make a genuine difference.

Food and drinks will be available for purchase from the venue at their usual prices (subject to availability).

PLEASE NOTE:

Ticket purchases are needed prior to the event if you (and your team members) intend on participating in the event games and trivia.

Door sales are subject to availability.

You will still be able to support the event by purchasing a ticket on the day (if tickets are sold out) however just keep in mind this limits what prizes you are eligible for.
