Connect with a Planner

You can now meet face-to-face with a Shire planner at Your Local Connection Point inside Sorrento Community Centre. These sessions are available once a month on a Friday and cover general planning information and enquiries. 

General enquiries might include: 

• Understanding zoning and land use* 
• Learning about building and development rules* 
• Navigating planning permits and applications* 
• Tree and vegetation removal*  
• Building heights and colours*    

This is a great opportunity to gather information and get verbal advice before beginning your next planning project. Site addresses are required in order to provide planning advice.
