Proposed sale of discontinued road abutting 212 Boneo Road Rosebud
Proposal
Notice is hereby given that Mornington Peninsula Shire Council (Council) is proposing to sell a section of discontinued road abutting 212 Boneo Road Rosebud known as Lot 2 on TP824345G and included in Certificate of Title Volume 9781 Folio 668 shown as lot 2 on the plan below (Land) in accordance with section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 (the Proposal).
Any person may provide feed back on the Proposal to the Council.
Submissions on the Proposal must be in writing, include your name and contact details, sent by mail or email by 28 October 2026, and should be marked ‘Notice of Proposed Sale of Land abutting 212 Boneo Road Rosebud’ and addressed to:

Written submissions can be delivered in person to 90 Besgrove Street Rosebud.
All feedback will be considered as part of a report to Council, seeking a resolution in relation to the sale of the Land Proposal. Council may decide to sell the Land, part of the Land or not sell the Land.
