The Mornington Peninsula Shire hereby gives notice under Section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020 (the Act) of its intention to enter into a lease with Optus Mobile Pty Ltd on the proposed lease terms outlined below:
- Demised Premises: 105 Long Point Road, Cape Schanck
- Permitted Use: Constructing, maintaining and operating a telecommunications
- ·network and telecommunications service;
- Term: Twenty (20) years
- Rental: $27,000 per annum plus GST
- Rent Review: Adjusted annually by 3%;
- Outgoings: Rates, Taxes, Utility services, building and contents insurances be payable by the tenant;
- Repairs and Maintenance: All building maintenance and repairs shall be the responsibility of the tenant.
A submission must:
- be in writing to the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council, Private Bag 1000, Rosebud, 3939 or via email Property@mornpen.vic.gov.au.
- be received by Friday 20 September 2024.
