More than a day out: building a safer, connected community

When our community comes together, great things happen!

Hastings Emergency Services Day, organised by Victoria Police with support from the Shire and other organisations, drew thousands of people to the foreshore for a day of excitement and connection.

From exploring emergency vehicles and meeting first responders to watching jaw-dropping bike stunts, families had a blast while learning valuable safety tips.

The event was just one example of how local agencies work together to keep our community safe, supported, and prepared.
