The Hastings boat ramp has become the second busiest in Victoria, but the current carpark has limited capacity and congestion issues.

To address this, we’re working on a new concept design for the Hastings Boat Ramp Carpark.

We’re aiming to improve safety, traffic flow, parking and access for boat ramp users and the wider community.

The new proposed design includes changes to parking layouts, while retaining vegetation, green space, and connections to the Western Port Bay Trail.

If you’re a local resident, boat ramp user, Pelican Park Recreation Centre user or casual visitor, we’d love to get your feedback on our proposed design.

Visit Hastings Boat Ramp Carpark | Shape Our Future for more information, to see the proposed plans and most importantly to fill out the short survey.

The survey is open until 6 August 2025.
