After nearly 25 years of memories at Y Lounge, it was time for something bigger – and boy, did we deliver!

Our Youth Services team have moved and settled into Tounnin Wominjeka – the new heart of youth services on the Mornington Peninsula, and it’s already making waves.

Gone are the cramped rooms and no-outdoor-space days at the humble shopfront tucked behind the Rosebud shopping strip. Today, young people are thriving in a custom-built hub packed with exciting new features!

Think massive rooms, cutting-edge tech for gaming and virtual hangouts, and plenty of space for fresh programs like Creative Catz and the all-new Dungeons & Dragons group. There’s also a community kitchen that’s been a hit! From cooking up snacks to learning life skills, it’s become the place to be.

But the best part? The new hub is right next to Olympic Park and Yawa Aquatic Centre, giving young people room to explore and connect like never before. And for those wondering, our famous after-school bus pick-up is still going strong, bringing in crowds from all over the Peninsula.

Tounnin Wominjeka isn’t just a new building – it’s a community.

Haven’t checked it out yet? Now’s your chance. Drop in, hang out, and see what all the excitement is about. The next chapter of youth services is here, and it’s bigger, bolder, and better than ever!
