Friends Group working bee calendar

The Shire supports over 60 Friends Groups across the Peninsula at working bees in their local bushland or foreshore reserve.

At Shire-supported working bees, volunteers can get involved in a range of activities to help protect biodiversity and the natural environment. No experience is needed - our friendly support staff will be there to provide guidance, training, tools and equipment.

Please note that working bees may be cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, including on Total Fire Ban days, during extreme weather events, or when they occur on a Public Holiday.
