Financial Plan 2025–26 to 2035–36

The Financial Plan outlines how Council will manage its finances over the next decade to remain sustainable while continuing to deliver the services and infrastructure our community relies on. 

The Plan provides a long-term view of Council’s financial position and priorities, helping to ensure we can deliver on our shared Community Vision and the goals of the Council Plan 2025–2029.  

Developed with input from more than 3,500 community members, our strategic plans reflect the ideas, priorities and values shared during the Our Peninsula, Our Future engagement process.
