You’ll then find out your green waste, household rubbish and recycling bin days, and be able to download a handy bin calendar where you can write your bin collection date in the space provided.

2025-26 bin calendars are now available to download

if your bin was missed (and doesn't have a bin tag or tape on it), contact Customer Service on 1300 850 600 within 2 business days.

Bins are collected Monday to Friday on the same day of the week throughout the entire year (including public holidays, Good Friday and Christmas Day).

Our new trucks have a slower lift which closes the lid after releasing the bin. If you suspect the bin hasn't been emptied, please lift the lid to check before reporting.

Dangerous items such as gas bottles, vapes and batteries (loose or embedded in toys/phones/appliances) should NOT be disposed of in kerbside bins. These can be disposed of for FREE at our resource recovery centres.
