Turkish Cooking Class

This class explores regional Turkish gastronomy, focusing on the sensory profiles and properties of foundational ingredients.

You will explore regional spices and learn how to balance complex savoury-sweet spice blends, and analyse how souring agents like sumac and pomegranate molasses cut through fats.

Through hands-on application, learners will develop a comprehensive understanding of Turkish flavour mapping, laminated dough management, precision knife cuts, and temperature-controlled.

The session finishes with a shared meal, where students will enjoy what they’ve prepared together.
