Stef’s Mini Chefs cooking workshops are professionally designed for children aged 2 to 10, offering a fun and engaging learning experience centred around food. Children take part in preparing, cooking, and enjoying a nutritious snack, using mostly organic, fresh, high-quality ingredients and simple recipes.
The workshops introduce new foods and flavours while supporting early learning through counting, colours, and basic measurements. Children build confidence, develop practical life skills, and strengthen their connection to healthy eating. By involving children in food preparation, the experience encourages curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong appreciation for nutritious cooking at home with their families.
