Stef’s Mini Chefs offers a professionally designed experience for children, encouraging participation in preparing, cooking, and enjoying a nutritious snack. Using mostly organic, fresh ingredients, the sessions promote healthy eating and creativity.
Children are introduced to new foods and flavours while developing practical life skills. Activities support early learning through counting, colours, and simple measurements, alongside building confidence and social skills. By involving children in food preparation, the workshop nurtures a stronger connection to nutrition and inspires a love of cooking, helping families create wholesome snacks together at home.
