The National Standards for Volunteer Involvement are an essential resource for organisations and community groups that engage volunteers. They help organisations to strengthen governance, enhance volunteer safety and wellbeing, and support the attraction and retention of volunteers.

Led by Volunteering Victoria, this face-to-face workshop guides participants through the Standards and shows how they can be used to assess current practices, identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen volunteer involvement across an organisation.

Designed to be flexible and adaptable, the Standards can be applied across organisations and community groups of all sizes.
