A combination of Hatha and Yin Yoga - perfect for beginner and intermediate students alike!
Hatha yoga begins with Pranayama (breathing practices) then focusing on a series of movements known as Asana (postures). Hatha yoga can help with balancing hormones while creating a feeling of calm. Finish the session with Shavasana (relaxation).
Casual class passes are available for $12 or all 5 classes can be booked for $50.
