BIG BEACH CLEAN UP ALERT
We’re excited to invite you to join us for our July Friends of Capel Sound Foreshores working bee!
This month we’ll doing a beach clean-up along our beautiful foreshore, following the crazy northerly winds, high tides and woolly weather that has washed up an abundance of rubbish and microplastics onto our beach.
It will be a rewarding morning with something for everyone! As well as an excellent opportunity to enjoy the outdoors and make a positive impact on our beautiful foreshore. We will be doing a fair bit of walking along the sand and dunes, so come prepared with your beach walking shoes!
After the working bee, we’ll gather for a delicious morning tea, so stick around for a cuppa and some tasty snacks.
Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first time joining us, everyone is welcome.
