The Mornington Peninsula Shire is hosting a free online briefing session

This session will be a live demonstration of the housing.id tool from .id (informed decisions), taking attendees through:

  • The latest housing trends and needs in Mornington Shire Council
  • Data on housing supply, demand, and affordability
  • How to use the free Housing Monitor tool (housing.id) to access local housing data

This session is ideal for:

  • Council employees
  • Community health and service organisations
  • Housing and support services
  • Planners and developers

The Session will be presented by Crystal McDonald, Housing Lead at id

Crystal is .id's housing specialist, with expertise spanning housing, homelessness, data management, and advocacy. She has an in-depth knowledge of the factors that impact housing affordability and supply, and how to effectively utilise data to influence housing outcomes. Crystal was raised, studied, and lived on the peninsula, worked in frontline homelessness services and managed various local neighbourhood houses, before moving into local government where she worked in affordable housing. Now at .id, Crystal helps councils all across the country tackle the housing crisis.
