Experience aerial yoga in a purpose-built studio nestled beneath the trees in Merricks. Using a soft fabric hammock as a supportive prop, we'll explore flowing movement, deep stretches, balance, breath, relaxation and moments of play.
Suitable for beginners, aerial yoga offers a unique way to move, unwind and experience yoga from a new perspective. No prior yoga or aerial experience is required.
