2026 New Balance Southern Peninsula Representative Tournament

One of Victoria’s biggest junior basketball events returns to the Mornington Peninsula this November. Over three big days of competition, representative teams will take the court at venues throughout the Mornington Peninsula, Frankston and surrounding regions, with divisions running from Championship through to Division 6.

Hosted by the Southern Peninsula Basketball Association, the tournament caters for junior representative teams from Under 10 to Under 20. Competition is split across two zones to keep the weekend running smoothly for players, coaches and families, with U10, U14 and U18 played in the North zone and U12, U16 and U20 played in the South zone.

Whether your team is chasing a Championship title or simply looking for quality games against new opposition, the tournament delivers competitive basketball at every level. It brings together players, coaches, referees and supporters from clubs right across Victoria for a weekend that celebrates the very best of junior basketball. From the opening tip-off on Friday to the final siren on Sunday, every game counts.

It’s also the perfect excuse to make a weekend of it. With the Peninsula’s beaches, wineries and local eateries all close by, teams and families can enjoy everything the region has to offer between games.
