Proposed licence term
Three years, commencing 1 December 2026, subject to approvals and final agreement
Proposed operating period
Summer Carnival from 26 December to 26 January each licence year, excluding 31 December, together with a second carnival during the Easter school holiday period each licence year, subject to Council approval of final dates and operating hours.
Licence fee
$105,000 plus GST per licence year (Summer Carnival) $49,000 plus GST per licence year (Easter Carnival)
