Mornington Peninsula Seniors Festival brings community together

With October and Seniors month behind us, it’s time to reflect on what an incredible festival the Shire and community groups delivered this year.

More than 2,000 seniors enjoyed participating in a variety of events. From afternoon teas to zip-lining, there was something on offer for everyone.

Highlights included:

· The Get Active Expo at Camp Manyung where 150 seniors tried archery, tree surfing and more.

· 400 patrons sang and danced to Elton John and Billy Joel tribute show.

· Grandparents playgroup at the beautiful Briars was booked out and proved to be such a big success that it will continue next year!
