Have your say: carparking and access improvements in Mount Martha

We’re planning some improvements to road and parking infrastructure in Mount Martha and invite you to share your feedback.

The proposed work is (subject to funding):

• Formalising the gravel car park on the corner of Watson Road and the Esplanade. Works include sealing, line-marking and creating accessible parking spaces.
• Construction of a zebra crossing to connect the corner carpark with the shops and installing parking in the central median of Watson Road to improve traffic flow and parking efficiency.
• Construction of a new footpath along Watson Road. This new path will connect the preschool, tennis and bowls club to the shops, improving pedestrian safety and encouraging active travel.
