The Mornington Peninsula now has its first-ever Senior Exercise Park at Dunns Road Reserve.

This brand-new space features 16 specially designed exercise stations to help improve strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility – all in a safe, fun, and social environment.

Whether you're looking to stay active, meet new people, or enjoy some time outdoors, this park has something for everyone.

It's also located right next to a children's playground, making it a great spot for grandparents to spend time with their grandkids while keeping fit.

In this video, local seniors from our PACE group and an expert from the National Ageing Research Institute (NARI) talk about the benefits of the park and how it's already making a difference in their lives.

The park is open now – come check it out!
