The main hall at the Rosebud Memorial Hall facility has been closed in response to a recommendation following a building condition investigation undertaken on the facility.
This project will undertake a detailed investigation of the entire Rosebud Memorial Hall facility. It will provide and undertake a recommendation of priority actions to be undertaken regarding maintenance, renewal and upgrade works for the facility. This will bring the facility up to current standards for the community to use and enjoy into the future.
This project will:
Engineering investigations and building condition reports of the entire facility.
Creation and adoption of the priority action list of works to be undertaken.
Undertake the adopted priority action list of works.
The project works are due for completion by December 2026.
