Recent Shire investigations have led to the recommendation of closing the main hall at Rosebud Memorial Hall due the uncertainty surrounding the integrity of various building elements. All user groups have now vacated the premises to commence unobstructed detailed investigations.
External consultants and engineers have been engaged to undertake investigations such as structural, accessibility, services, geotechnical, building compliance and asbestos identification. These reports and recommendations will be reviewed by the Project Control Group once completed to inform the overall project scope and prioritise items for delivery.
It is envisaged that works will be undertaken throughout the next financial year.
