Brokil Ward Councillor
Patrick Binyon is the Councillor for the Brokil Ward of the Mornington Peninsula Shire. With a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Graduate Diploma in Secondary Education, Patrick is a dedicated teacher with extensive experience working with marginalised students. He has a proven track record in organising and delivering supportive programs to improve outcomes for youth. Patrick’s commitment to community development extends internationally, having undertaken a placement with Australian Volunteers International in South Africa. Born and raised on the Peninsula, Patrick is passionate about supporting local groups and fostering positive change through collective action.
