  • There is only 6 to 9 years left of industrial land supply in the Shire
  • Approximately 40ha to 60ha of land is required to meet demand for the next 15 years
  • Council has identified an investigation area that includes land located within the Special Use Zone(SUZ1) which is currently designated for port-related development
  • Not all of the land in the investigation area will be needed
