The entire Morningnton Peninsula Shire has been determined and designated as subject to infestation by termites, in accordance with Regulation 150 of the Building Regulations 2018.
All new houses within the Mornington Peninsula Shire, including extensions, must have some form of termite management in accordance with Australian Standard AS 3660.1. The only exceptions apply to detached Class 10 buildings, such as a shed, garage or carport.
