The 2025 Seniors Festival brought the community together for a vibrant month of activities celebrating social connection, learning, movement, and fun. Nearly 100 events showcased the talents and dedication of local groups.
While offering something for every interest, including multicultural film screenings, visits to the Pride Centre, heritage and arts tours, and discussions on topics ranging from composting to healthy ageing and emergency planning.
Seniors enjoyed discounts through the Seniors Passport and flocked to festival highlights such as the sold‑out Australian Fleetwood Mac Show, the Multicultural Film Festival, and the launch of new Seniors Exercise Parks.
Participant feedback was overwhelmingly positive, praising the welcoming atmosphere, variety of activities, and opportunities to try new things and meet new people.
