McClelland Guild of Artists provides access to art classes in every medium and style with tutors to give advice and encouragement to all students, whether beginners or advanced. We offers tuition in general drawing, water colour, oil and pastel painting techniques in traditional subjects for students at any level. Our classes also include portraiture classes, outdoor sketching and life drawing classes. Monthly meetings are held where there is a demonstration by a well known artist followed by a light afternoon tea with the opportunity to chat to the demonstrating artist. Non members are welcome to attend. A bi-monthly newsletter is sent to all members informing of any forthcoming exhibitions and workshops.
