We are here to provide support and accountability to those that would like to improve their weight health. The accountability of weighing in weekly helps many achieve their goals. We will discuss a certain topic each week, related to health and wellness. The session will run for 1hour on Monday mornings 10am - 11am at the Baxter Community Hall. (10am-10.30am weigh-in, 10.30-11am discussion).
Cost: $10 per person per session (cash or EFT)
