The program helps physically housebound disabled people (children to elderly) also Veterans suffering with PTSD and their carers, to interactively connect with their community. BDI provides participants with equipment including voice activated computers and special adaptive needs, on-line access at an affordable fee so they can become better informed about their support groups, disability services, health and leisure activities. We have proven that disabled people who have been confined to their homes with little or no access to the outside world can become involved once again in the community.
