Asuria
Asuria is a Workforce Australia – Transition to Work (TTW) provider, helping young people aged 15–24 gain the skills, confidence, experience and qualifications needed to move into employment, education or training.
Through the program, participants receive personalised support from a dedicated Youth Mentor who works alongside them to identify goals, overcome barriers and create a pathway to success. Support includes:
- Job readiness and employability skills development
- Resume writing and interview preparation
- Career guidance and goal setting
- Connection to education, training and apprenticeships
- Work experience and employment opportunities
- Referrals to community and support services
- Ongoing mentoring and encouragement
Through the Transition to Work program, Asuria empowers young people to build confidence, develop practical skills and take positive steps towards a sustainable future in work or study.
