Community Visitors Scheme - Frankston and Mornington Peninsula

The volunteer service has the following activities:
Visiting program for isolated people in nursing homes and hostels
Volunteers are asked to commit to weekly or fortnightly visits
Regular visits by volunteers to any residents who are isolated from the community, with a view to developing on-going friendships and outings where applicable.
Voluntary work available in Mornington, Frankston, Mt.Eliza, Mt.Martha, Rosebud, Sorrento, Hastings,Cranbourne and Shoreham
