Consultation with the community, Shire Officers and contractors have informed the preparation of the Mills Beach Landscape Masterplan (Tanti Creek western carpark to Mornington Life Saving Club). A key aspect of the consultation with the project steering committee has been the acknowledgement that the site retain and enhance the existing site qualities.
