Community Satisfaction Survey - July 2025

On behalf of Mornington Peninsula Shire, Metropolis Research will be conducting our next quarterly community survey in late July.

If you live in one of our more populated townships, one of our friendly team members may visit door-to-door. If you’re in a less populated or remote location, you may receive a phone call.

The survey will include questions about Shire services, helping us understand how we’re doing and where we can improve.

Here’s what to know:

  • The survey will involve 400 interviews with a representative sample of residents.
  • Your privacy is our priority—your details and responses will remain completely confidential.
  • The survey will take around 15 minutes, running from 26 July to 9 August 2025.

What we won’t do:

We won’t email or text you. We also won’t ask for personal information such as:

  • Your name
  • ABN or tax details
  • Home address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Credit/debit card or banking details.

Important details about door-knocking:

Metropolis Research team members will be easily recognisable with ID cards and branded shoulder bags. They will never ask to enter your home, use your toilet or request a drink.
