Stef’s Mini Chefs offers a professionally designed experience for children, encouraging participation in preparing, cooking, and enjoying a nutritious snack. Using mostly organic, fresh, high-quality local ingredients, sessions support healthy eating and creativity.
Children explore new foods and flavours while building practical life skills. Activities encourage early learning through counting, colours, and simple recipe measurements, alongside developing social and emotional skills. By involving children in food preparation, the workshop fosters a strong connection to nutrition, builds confidence in the kitchen, and inspires a lasting love of cooking for the whole family.
