Make your own Nature Clay Treasures

Next date: Wednesday, 01 July 2026 | 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Nature Clay Treasures

After a guided walk through the sanctuary spotting animals, collecting bark, leaves, seedpods and other natural treasures, children will use what they’ve found to press into clay and create beautiful nature-themed keepsakes to take home.

This hands on activity encourages kids to look closely at their natural environment, the textures and shapes of the plants, while tapping into their creativity. It's also a great chance to learn about the animals that call the sanctuary home.

Suitable for ages 4+ years. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult. If you require assistance or have accessibility questions, please call 5950 1221.

*This event often sells out, so be sure to secure your tickets in advance*
