There is a subsidence issue which is impacting the north-east corner of the bowling green at the Dromana Bowls Club. This has rendered the northern playing rink as unplayable due to the movement that has occurred on the green surface.
This project will:
Geotechnical and feature level survey investigation and recommendation report of the subsidence issue.
Concept and Detailed Design of the adopted proposed subsidence remediation works.
Planning and Victorian State Government authority approvals to undertake the proposed subsidence remediation works.
Major civil construction works for the subsidence rectification & subsurface repairs for the playing green.
The project works are due for completion by November 2027.
