Amendment VC267 - New townhouse and Low-Rise Code - Changes to Clause 55

On Thursday 6 March 2025, the Minister for Planning approved Amendment VC267 to the Victoria Planning Provisions (VPP) and all planning schemes in Victoria. The Amendment comes into operation on 31 March 2025. The Amendment changes the VPP and all planning schemes in Victoria by implementing new residential development planning assessment provisions.
